New or never-before-applied Operator
If you are seeking to apply for certification of a recovery residence in Colorado for the first time, the following outlines the steps to begin the process:
- Navigate to https://corecoveryhousing.
org/learning-resource-center/ ,click on “Learning Resource Center” and register for the Colorado Pre-Certification Requirements training course. - If you have not started the Colorado Pre-Certification Requirements training course previously, you will need to “Create Account” via the Sign In link.
- Complete the Colorado Pre-Certification Requirements course and download the Certificate of Completion when available.
- Your Certificate of Completion will be required to upload when you fill out the New Operator Registration form.
Operator Portal Credentials
If your organization has been certified and/or registered before, but do not have credentials for the Operator Portal yet, please have your primary contact email us at info@corecoveryhousing.org to receive a welcome email and to setup credentials.

Annual Certification Fees
The annual certification fees for applying are as follows:
- Affiliation Fee (for the organization) = $500/year
- Residence Inspection Fee (for each residence under the organization) = $100/bed/year
