Due to the unprecedented volume of requests for certifications ORHC has received in the past five months, any new or returning applicants should anticipate up to a three month turnaround period from receipt of an application to inspection of the residence(s). We take all applications seriously and must read through all required documents and policies. This is a time-intensive process.

Applying for Certification

Applying for certification is now accomplished through the new Operator’s Portal, which has credentialed access only for primary contacts.

If your organization has never been certified or registered before, please have your organization’s primary contact go to our Operator Registration Form to begin.

If your organization has been certified and/or registered before, but do not have credentials for the Operator Portal yet, please have your primary contact email us at info@corecoveryhousing.org to receive a welcome email and to setup credentials.

Annual Certification Fees

The annual certification fees for applying are as follows:

  • Affiliation Fee (for the organization) = $500/year
  • Residence Inspection Fee (for each residence under the organization) = $100/bed/year
