Please Note: All grievances filled are confidential. No anonymous grievance will be accepted.
CARR will determine if your concern is something we are able to review. If CARR is able to review your concern, we will contact the operator and let them know that we have received a grievance and will be completing a review of the concern.
Depending on the specific circumstances, CARR will determine what needs to be done to address the concern and work with the operator to ensure that the concern is handled appropriately.
