Position Purpose & Overview

The Colorado Association for Recovery Residences (CARR) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Expansion and Development to lead the growth and expansion of recovery residences in rural, HRSA-designated counties across Colorado.  Duties and responsibilities of this position are assisted under the general direction of The Deputy Director.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Expansion Strategy & Development:

  – Lead the expansion of recovery residences in targeted rural communities.

  – Identify and engage with new or existing operators, investors, and community resources to support expansion efforts.

  – Develop and implement strategic plans for expansion projects, ensuring alignment with CARR’s mission and goals.
